What is Everyday Raw Gourmet?

 

Everyday Raw Gourmet is an approach to eating mostly raw foods that will make us feel our absolute healthiest and allow our bodies to heal naturally.  When we eat mostly raw food, we preserve foods natural enzymes, allowing them to digest seamlessly.  When we digest food easily, our bodies have the ability to access optimal nutrition while allowing us to heal.
