Everyday Raw Gourmet classes provide everything you need to know to prepare and enjoy fantastic raw food. We elevate raw vegetarian cuisine to a new level, making it possible for you to prepare healthy gourmet raw food simply and elegantly in your own kitchen. How about being able to enjoy Fettuccini Alfredo, Golden Butternut Squash Soup with Sage and Walnut Pesto, Tiramisu, and chocolate/cherry Biscotti, all while feeling fantastic and loosing weight?
By attending classes you will explore the health benefits of a plant-based diet, while learning how to prepare absolutely gorgeous and delicious food that is good for you and good for the planet.

Everyday Raw Gourmet boot camp and retreat is about helping REAL people, make REAL food, and feel fantastic. It is based on the premise that learning how to cook is so much more than just creating something that tastes good- it is about creating something that is good for your body as well, and can help people live a life that is filled with greater health and energy. Boot camp is about finally conquering our additions to cooked and refined food, and eating absolutely raw for four days. Boot camp is definitely for you if:
- You’ve tried to eat well in the past but failed
- You are very interested and committed to eating better , but need lots of support and guidance to get started
- You want to jump start your health and weight loss goals by “going raw” completely so that even by the end of 4 days, you may notice a huge improvement in your sense of well-being.
- You have dabbled in the raw food lifestyle but really need more information on exactly how to prepare lots of different raw food so that you can stay “raw” and feel completely satisfied and nourished.
- Any or all of the above
Each day will consist of:
- Copious amounts of delicious raw food to eat.
- Daily (un) cooking classes so that you leave bootcamp with a recipe book of tools and inspirations for staying raw
- Yoga classes
- Support and resources for the raw food lifestyle
- Time to explore the natural surroundings and connect with your fellow nudefoodies.
