To jump start your health, Lisa also offers Raw Food Boot Camps and Retreats providing delicious raw food all day long, (un)cooking classes, yoga, support/resources, and time to explore the natural surroundings and connect with fellow raw rood enthusiasts. The classes and setting are an inspiration, and participants come from New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and even as far away as California to take part.
